At Lo-Fi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aesthetic; if your purchase doesn't fit your vibe, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
